Sony Xperia R1 and R1 plus

     Sony Mobile has launched Xperia R1 and Xperia R1 Plus in India, these are two new mid-range smartphones from Sony in India. Sony R1 comes with 2GB RAM & 16GB Internal storage and Sony R1 plus comes with 3GB RAM & 32GB Internal storage, storage is the deference between Sony R1 and R1 plus. All other specifications are same. Let's see full specifications.

     Sony Xperia R1 comes with 5.2-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved glass display. It has dedicated dual nano sim card slot.

    Sony Xperia R1 is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 ( 4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) 64-bit Mobile Platform with Adreno 505 GPU. It has 2GB RAM with 16GB (UFS) storage (R1) and 3GB RAM with 32GB (UFS) storage (R1 Plus) and you can expand memory up to 128GB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. This smartphone is running on Android 7.1 Nougat OS, upgradable to Android 8.0 Oreo.

     Sony Xperia R1 and R1 plus has 13MP rear camera with Predictive Hybrid Autofocus, Exmor Sensor and it has LED flash. This smartphone comes with 8MP front-facing camera with Predictive Hybrid Autofocus.

    Sony Xperia R1 and R1 plus both didn't have fingerprint scanner. This is the negative point. It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and GLONASS connectivity. It has 3.5mm Audio jack and USB Type-C port. Sony Xperia R1 is packed with 2620mAh Battery.
