Apple iPhone XS with 5.8-inch Display, Dual sim support launched

  Apple has launched iPhone XS smartphone in the US. The iPhone XS packs a 5.8-inch (2436 x 1125 pixels) OLED 458ppi Super Retina HDR display with 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio (typical) 3D Touch. Apple is also introducing Dual SIM support with dual standby via eSIM, that means you can use one physical nano sim and eSIM. The company is tying up with operators for this. However, China will get support for Dual physical SIMs. The new iPhone XS smartphone is Water and dust resistant (IP68).

  The iPhones XS is powered by the Six-core A12 Bionic 64-bit 7nm processor with four-core GPU, M12 motion co-processor. It has 64GB, 256GB, 512GB storage. It runs on IOS 12.

  The iPhone XS comes with dual rear camera setup, it has a 12MP wide-angle (f/1.8) and a 12MP telephoto (f/2.4) cameras with Dual optical image stabilization, Optical zoom; Six‑element lens, Quad-LED True Tone flash. The rear camera can record 4K videos at 60 fps and Slo‑mo 1080p at 240 fps. It has a 7MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture and Retina Flash. It can record full HD videos. It can support FaceID facial recognition. The company said that the IR camera has been improved with global shutter and has improved Dot projector.

  The iPhone XS has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac with MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC with reader mode, GPS with GLONASS connectivity. It has Lightning connector, Stereo speakers and Four microphones. It packs a Built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, it can support Qi wireless charging and fast charging. The company said that it will you up to 12 hours of internet use.

  The iPhone XS starts at US$ 999 (Rs. 71,813 approx.) in the US. It will be available in more than 30 countries and territories from September 21st with pre-orders starting from September 13th. The Company also announced the in India. The iPhone XS price starts at Rs. 99,900 in India.
