Razer Phone 2 with Snapdragon 845 SoC, Dual rear camera setup launched for US $799
Couple of days back Razer has announced the Razer Phone 2, successor of last year’s Razer Phone. It comes with a Glass Back and comes with IP67 ratings for Water Resistance up to 1 meter. It comes with RGB Illuminated Razer Chroma Logo on the back. It has a 8.5mm slim body. The Razer Phone 2 packs a 5.72-inch (2560×1440 pixels) 16:9 Quad HD IGZO LCD UltraMotion display with 120 Hz refresh rate, 645 nits brightness and it has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has a single nano SIM card slot.
The Razer Phone 2 is powered by the 2.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 845 64-bit 10nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU, it comes with Vapor Chamber Cooling technology. It has 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS) storage, you can expand memory up to 2TB with microSD card via dedicated microSD card slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS, and it will get Android 9 Pie update.
The Razer Phone 2 comes with dual rear camera setup, it has a 12MP primary camera with f/1.75 wide-angle lens, OIS, Dual PDAF and it has a 12MP secondary rear camera with f/2.6 aperture telephoto lens, Sony IMX Sensors and dual-tone LED flash. It comes with 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera can record up to 4K videos, while the front-facing camera can record 1080p full HD videos.
The Razer Phone 2 comes with side mounted fingerprint sensor. It comes with Stereo front-facing speakers with Dual amplifiers, Dolby Atmos and 24-bit DAC Audio Adapter. It has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS and NFC connectivity. It has a USB Type-C port, sadly there is no 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 4000mAh battery, it can support Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ and Wireless Charging.

The Razer Phone 2 is priced at $799 (Rs. 59,450 approx.) in USA, it will be available for order from today in the US, Canada, UK and Europe for the Mirror version and the Satin version will be available later.
