  The 6th Gen Apple iPad mini has been launched at it's event. It packs a 8.3-inch (2266 x 1488 pixels) Retina display with 500nits brightness. It comes with metal body. The iPad mini now supports Apple Pencil (2nd generation), which attaches magnetically to iPad mini for wireless charging and pairing.

  The new iPad mini is powered by the Apple A15 SoC and runs on iPad OS 15. It features 15mp rear camera and a 12mp front-facing camera. It comes with Touch ID. It houses a 19.3-watt-hour rechargeable lithium-polymer battery.

  The new iPad mini 64GB Wi-Fi model starts at Rs. 46900, and the 64GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model start at Rs. 60900. The 256GB Wi-Fi model costs Rs. 60,900 and the Wi-Fi + Cellular model costs Rs. 74,900. Apple Pencil (2nd generation) costs Rs. 10900 and the new Smart Folio for iPad mini  is priced at Rs. 5500.

  The new iPad mini is available to order on apple.com/store and in the Apple Store app in 28 countries and regions, including the US, with availability beginning Friday, September 24.
